1. Blackberry Mojito

If you are having a summer wedding a refreshing way to keep your guests hydrated is serving them a fruity twist on the classic mint mojito. This is an easy recipe and can be made in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients You Will Need:

  • 4 oz Club Soda 
  • 2 oz of White Rum
  • Several Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 of a Lime (Juice)
  • 4 Tbsp of Blackberry Puree

The Blackberry Puree: Now you can either buy this at any market or easily put your 4 tbsp of blackberries into a blender, add water and sift out the seeds.

Making the Drink: Crush the mint leaves to the bottom of the cocktail shaker then add ice and the rum, blackberry puree and lime juice. Then proceed to shake and pour. The last step is to add the club soda. If you want to garnish your drink add some lime, blackberries or mint leaves!

2. Black Russian

This drink is to please all the male guests at your wedding. A Black Russian is one of the easiest drinks to make so you have more time to focus on other wedding plans!

Ingredients You Will Need:

  • Ice
  • 1 Part Coffee Liquor of your choice (Kahlua is a good choice)
  • 2 Parts of any Non-Flavored Vodka of Your Choice

Add your ice into a cocktail shaker, then put your 1 part Kahlua and 2 Parts Vodka. Mix it up and taste. Depending on how it tastes you can add more of either ingredient.

3. Tequila Sunrise

This drink is perfect for any occasion. It has a fruity rich taste that makes the alcohol taste non-existant. It has a soft edge and a hard kick from the tequila. This is a necessity for any wedding reception!

Ingredients You Will Need:

  • 6 Parts Orange Juice
  • 3 Parts Tequila (or as much as you prefer)
  • 1 Part Grenadine (Do not Stir in, let it sink)

Add all of your ingredients besides the grenadine into a cocktail shaker, then put into a glass of your choice. Then add the Grenadine in last and let it sink to the bottom. Add a slice of orange to add some design to your drink!
