2. Caprese Skewers: This is an easy-to-do recipe  if you are low on a catering budget. The recipe consists of tomato, mozzarella and basil leaves. 4. Meatballs: When we say anyone can make a meatball we are saying even a 10 year old can do this! Meatballs are one of those traditional family recipes that you hold on to and pass down to your loved ones. It can be sentimental if you use an old family meatball recipe and include your guests into a small tradition that your family does.

5. Super Mini Sliders: It doesn’t have to stop at hamburger sliders, you can make pulled pork sliders, chicken sliders, veggie burger sliders, etc. The greatest American food is the slider. When decorated correctly they will look anything but ordinary! We highly recommend this because we know your guests will eat them right up! Good food brings people closer.

They are super easy to make and always taste fantastic! The recipe consists of two things, Pillsbury crescent rolls, a mini hot dog and bake until browned!

7. Dim Sum: Add a little bit of a flare to the cocktail/reception by serving dim sum! This is an asian tradition that consists of various foods stuffed into a tasty noodle wrapping! 8. Spring Rolls: This is another asian delight that gets the people screaming more! Along with pigs in a blanket, spring rolls are top rated appetizers for weddings so it is basically a must have to serve this. You can make your own or buy from your favorite supplier and just heat these up and serve!

9. Bruschetta: If you have certain guests that don’t want to eat very much, or just don’t eat a lot of the menu options bruschetta is the perfect hors d’oeuvre for them. This appetizer consists of a toasted piece of french baguette and a tomato, cheese and onion topping. It takes a whole 2 minutes to make (maybe even less) so you can keep popping these out for your guests to munch on.

10. Mini Pizza: This looks a lot like a quiche, but instead of a spinach filling its pizza dough, cheese and sauce! These little guys taste just like real pizza, but are definitely half the size. Guests will love this because pizza is one of the number one foods people love to consume!
